Annual Membership: Recurring Payment

Covers the cost of any medical transport flight taken by the individual, as well as any other registered members of their household, during the period of one year from the time of membership purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a recurring purchase, and will automatically renew annually (365 days) until cancelled by the member. Members may cancel at any time via their account page, and their membership will automatically expire upon the next billing cycle.

To register, please follow these steps:

• Fill out the information for the primary registrant
• Fill out the information for any additional household residents that you would like to include in the membership
• Read the Terms and Conditions, and certify that they have been reviewed
• Create a username and password that can be used to access your member account
• Click “Sign Up”
• You will be redirected to PayPal to finish payment. Please note that having a PayPal account is NOT required to complete checkout
• Upon filling out and submitting payment details, you will be automatically returned to Trans Aero MedEvac
• Your membership account will be complete and available for access
